Plugs are small young plants. They establish faster than seed and bloom sooner.
How
- Plant in spring or early fall
- Space plugs about 12 to 18 inches apart for most perennials
- Group three to five of each plant together
- Water well after planting
- Mulch lightly between plants to keep weeds down the first year
